If there are items that are left in vehicles, we want to ensure that those items can be returned as quickly as possible.
If an item is left in a Lyft, it is most efficient to report that directly to Lyft through their direct customer support team. Then follow the below steps:
1) Issue with Concierge Requested Ride
2) Find Lost Item
3) Then fill out the form and Lyft will be able to reach out to you directly. If any issues or concerns with reaching out to Lyft, please let us know. Thanks!
If an item is left in a higher level of transportation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Your Name
- Facility Name/Transport Program
- Passenger Name
- Trip Date
- Description of the items that were lost
